Workspace

Overview​

A Workspace is a separate working environment (tenant) used to separate data, configurations, users, and activities between organizations or work units within the TAKAKRYPT platform. Each Workspace has its own management space so that the data and configurations within one Workspace cannot be accessed by other Workspaces.

This concept allows several organizations or application environments to use a single TAKAKRYPT platform simultaneously without sharing data or configurations with one another. As a result, each Workspace can be managed according to its own needs.

Workspace Functions​

The Workspace serves to:

  • Separate data and configurations between tenants.
  • Manage working environments independently within a single platform.
  • Group users based on organization, division, or specific needs.
  • Support the implementation of multi-tenancy within the TAKAKRYPT environment.
  • Make it easier for administrators to manage multiple working environments from a single platform.

Workspace Uses​

The Workspace is used to:

  • Manage multiple organizations or business units within a single TAKAKRYPT installation.
  • Maintain data confidentiality between tenants.
  • Manage users and configurations according to the needs of each organization.
  • Simplify administration in multi-tenant environments.
